Haydar Çolakoğlu receives Kızılay service award

Successful names from many different sectors whose charitable donations support the activities of the Turkish Red Crescent came together at a “Great Hearts Assemble” gala evening. During a ceremony attended by Haydar Çolakoğlu among numerous businesspeople, artists, journalists, and NGO representatives, 126 donors received gold medals from President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and members of his cabinet.

Established in 1868, Kızılay has been providing aid to millions of people and binding their wounds through the deployment of the charitable donations that it receives. Haydar Çolakoğlu was one of many donors who attended a ceremony held by the society to recognize their contributions. The gathering’s opening remarks were delivered by Kızılay President Ahmet Lütfi Akar after which the medals were handed out. Receiving their awards from President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and members of his cabinet, Haydar Çolakoğlu and the others in attendance took part in a group photograph.
