Çolakoğlu Kocaeli export champion

Foreign trade company Çolakoğlu Dış Ticaret ranks third in the iron & steel sector among the Turkish Exporters Assembly’s 2014 list of Turkey’s top 1,000 exporters.

Among all exporters based in the country’s Kocaeli province, Çolakoğlu Dış Ticaret placed first, a distinction that it has held for four years in a row in flat steel exports.

Çolakoğlu: Kocaeli’s export champion

With USD 748,609,516 worth of steel products shipped abroad in 2014, Çolakoğlu Dış Ticaret ranked third in the Turkish iron & steel industry, a performance that also made it the export champion of Kocaeli province in a year in which the company’s total exports amounted to USD 755,091,792. Fulfilling all of its environmental, educational, cultural, and other social responsibilities in the Kocaeli region, Çolakoğlu’s contributions to local wellbeing and development are made evident by figures revealing it to be the province’s number one exporter.
