Support for Sports Clubs from Çolakoğlu Metalurji

The Dilovası Amateur Sports Clubs Equipment Support Distribution Ceremony, organized by Çolakoğlu Metalurji to support all sports clubs active in Dilovası, took place with high attendance.

Participants in the ceremony included Haydar Çolakoğlu, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Çolakoğlu Metalurji; İlhami Aktaş, Governor of Kocaeli; Metin Kubilay, District Governor of Dilovası; Ramazan Ömeroğlu, Mayor of Dilovası; and Gökhan Yavaşer, Provincial Director of Youth and Sports. They were joined by senior executives from Çolakoğlu Metalurji, representatives of regional amateur sports clubs, and many invited guests.

Delivering the opening speech at the ceremony, Çolakoğlu Metalurji Deputy Chairman Haydar Çolakoğlu remarked:

"By contributing to every amateur sports club operating in Dilovası, we have provided 1,808 pieces of sports equipment to 450 athletes. Sports serve as a vehicle that contributes significantly not only to the physical development of our youth but also to their social and cultural growth. This meaningful project, realized today, is a step taken to support not only the present but also the successful individuals of the future through the unifying and inclusive power of sports. The Çolakoğlu Metalurji Sports Club, which we fully established last year, continues its work without slowing down to ensure that the youth living in Kocaeli, particularly in our district of Dilovası, grow up as self-confident, highly motivated individuals who set an example for society."

Within the scope of the project, which provided over 1,800 sports items to 450 athletes, support was extended to Dilovası Belediyespor, Diliskelesispor, Çerkeşlispor, Tavşancılspor, Dilovası Yıldızlar Spor, and Dilovası Gençlik Spor clubs, as well as school sports clubs and local children in Dilovası.

Speaking at the ceremony, Kocaeli Governor İlhami Aktaş said, "We look forward to taking pride in the future successes of these young athletes to whom we distributed equipment today. First and foremost, I would like to express my gratitude to the esteemed executives of Çolakoğlu Metalurji and all stakeholders who did not withhold their support for this meaningful project."

To commemorate the occasion, Haydar Çolakoğlu presented Governor İlhami Aktaş with a Çolakoğlu Metalurji Sports Club jersey bearing the number 41.
